The Blossoming Blossom Park

Here is a short video tour of our Indwell Blossom Park affordable housing site under construction in Woodstock, Ontario.

Another #passivehouse project, this is our first time using the prefab Build SMART LLC system. This first group of panels were installed in just a few hours.

A sunny day for our Trigon Construction crew at our #BlossomPark in Woodstock. Foundation walls continue, with first framing going up. Build SMART LLC panels are on site, too, ready for assembly of the #PassiveHouse building envelope. This will be home for 34 people already early next year! We’re thrilled that it will all happen so quickly using these methods.
